Eligibility

Account Security

Account Termination

You may terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination:

• Service Access: You will lose access to all service features
• Content Removal: Your uploaded content and practice data will be removed
• No Refunds: No refunds will be provided for unused subscription time

Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Illegal Activities: Using the service for any unlawful purpose
• Abuse Prevention: Attempting to circumvent usage limits or abuse prevention measures
• Automated Access: Using bots, scripts, or automated tools to access the service
• Security Violations: Attempting to breach security measures or access unauthorized areas
• Content Violations: Uploading malicious, offensive, or inappropriate content
• Service Interference: Interfering with the operation of the service or other users
• Impersonation: Impersonating others or providing false information
• Commercial Use: Using the service for unauthorized commercial purposes

Content Guidelines

When uploading content or using our service, you must comply with these guidelines:

• Appropriate Content: Content must be appropriate for all ages
• No Harmful Content: No content that could harm, harass, or intimidate others
• Respectful Language: Use respectful and non-offensive language
• Copyright Compliance: Only upload content you have the right to use
• Privacy Respect: Do not share personal information of others without consent

Fair Use & Abuse Prevention

Daily Practice Limits

Account Tier Limits

• Anonymous Users: Limited features, no progress saving, basic pronunciation feedback
• Free Accounts: Full features, progress tracking, certificates, social sharing
• Pro Accounts: Unlimited sessions, advanced analytics, priority support, premium features
• Admin Accounts: Unlimited access, administrative features, system monitoring

Limit Enforcement

• Daily Reset: Limits reset at midnight (server timezone)
• Real-time Tracking: Usage is tracked in real-time across all devices
• Graceful Degradation: Service continues to work with reduced functionality when limits are reached
• Upgrade Options: Users can upgrade to higher tiers for increased limits
• Appeal Process: Special circumstances may be considered through support

Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain ownership of recordings and materials you upload
• Practice Data: Your practice sessions and progress data belong to you
• Certificates: Achievement certificates are your property
• Public Sharing: You control what content is shared publicly
• Removal Rights: You can delete your content at any time

Content License

By uploading content, you grant us a limited license to:

• Service Provision: Store and process content to provide our service
• AI Processing: Use content for pronunciation analysis and improvement
• Service Improvement: Use anonymized data to improve our AI models
• Public Sharing: Display publicly shared content to other users
• Backup & Recovery: Create backups for data protection and recovery

This license is non-exclusive, revocable, and limited to the purposes described above.

Content Moderation

• Community Standards: All content must comply with our community guidelines
• Automated Review: We use automated systems to detect inappropriate content
• Manual Review: Reported content may be reviewed by our team
• Removal Rights: We reserve the right to remove content that violates our terms
• Appeal Process: Users may appeal content removal decisions

Billing & Payments

Liability Limitation

• Limitation of Liability: Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service
• Excluded Damages: We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Force Majeure: We are not liable for events beyond our reasonable control
• Essential Purpose: These limitations apply even if the remedy fails of its essential purpose

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims arising from:
